Returns Policy
At Robbie Chapman, every piece is custom made to order with precision, care, and intention. As such, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on any items once your order has been confirmed.
Amendments in Case of Defects
We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. If your jewellery arrives with a manufacturing defect or error, we will happily amend or remake the piece at no cost to you.
To be eligible:
- The item must be returned to us in person within 30 days of delivery or collection.
- The piece must be undamaged and in the condition in which it was received.
- This policy applies only to products that deviate from the specifications confirmed at the time of order.
We are unable to accept mailed returns due to the high value and delicate nature of our pieces. All assessments and amendments must be made in person at our studio:
