Before meeting Robbie, I had met with another jeweler which made me feel pressured and overwhelmed about designing the engagement ring for my fiancé.  After sitting down with Robbie for our initial meeting over coffee, it was apparent he would be able to guide me through all the decisions that need to be made..taking into account my fiancé’s personality, style and preferences.

I decided to choose a diamond (which Robbie talked me through what to look out for) and have it set in a temporary ring that I could use to propose.  After the (successful) proposal my fiancé and I met with Robbie a number of times to design the ring itself. Robbie was awesome throughout this process, guiding us and providing his insights and recommendations on what would work based on his experience.

At every stage through the process Robbie’s calm and friendly personality made the process very easy for us. Even the little things made the whole experience enjoyable like meeting us at our home after work hours, texting him pictures of designs that my fiancé liked etc.  Highly recommend Robbie and we’ll be using him for our upcoming wedding bands!

Robbie was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful in assisting us to create a matching wedding band for my fiancée, as well as another band for myself. He also explained some aspects of selecting and wearing the jewellery that we had not previously considered. Completely professional and true to his word Robbie created the most beautiful matching wedding band to complement the engagement ring. He also professionally cleaned and polished the engagement ring and together they look like a brand new set.

For so many years four very different rings sat in my drawer, no longer worn due to a change in circumstances and taste.  I was hesitant to throw them away though didn’t see the point in keeping them when not worn until eventually I decided to look in to the possibility of having them redesigned in to one piece of jewellery.

I visited 3 local jewellers who recommended redesigning my rings in to a pendant or ring though was not sold on the designs nor quotes put forward to me.  Another year passed before a friend’s recommendation to get in contact with Robbie and I haven’t looked back since.

Robbie offered a personalised service, worked around my availability and really listened to my vision for the piece of jewellery I was hoping for and the finished product was above and beyond anything I imagined – my 4 rings completely transformed in to one beautiful, statement piece, a ring which to this day I still receive compliments on!!

Robbie has designed and created many pieces for friends at work, from Engagement and Wedding Rings to Earrings and Pendants and continues to showcase his talent and eye for detail.  Robbie’s expertise, professionalism, communication and the personal touch he puts in to his service throughout, is of the highest level and exceeded my expectations in every way. I could not recommend Robbie highly enough and personally look forward to working with Robbie again on future pieces if/when the opportunity arises.

Using Robbie to design my beautiful ring was the best decision I ever made. Robbie made the process so enjoyable and special, I really felt like I was getting just what I wanted.
